Como tenía que ser, Kelly campeón

 Kelly Slater a sus 39 años, nos ha demostrado a todos, y sobre todo a la gente que decía que estaba en baja forma y que se iba a retirar... pues ZAS!.

 Kelly dominó la final contra Taj Burrow, los cuales fueron superiores en sus anteriores mangas. Taj Burrow no ha podido repetir, ya que ganó el año pasado. En mi opinión las condiciones que se han dado han sido penosas. Este cameponato no va a pasar a la historia, esta claro, pero es uno mas.

 Taj justo al final, hizo unas cuantas maniobras en la ola más larga de la manga. Los jueces le dieron un 7.17, que no le dio para ganar al campeón del mundo.
